This machine is known for its reliable and accurate inspection while providing a range of benefits that enhance the overall improvement of product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

The latest Pemtron Saturn 3D SPI machine employs advanced technology, delivering 3D modeling and inspection. It provides visibility of solder paste which is a critical production phase. More than 65% of assembly failures occur during this phase, however, by using a solder paste inspection machine potential failures can be avoided. The machines’ ability to detect errors early in the assembly process saves time, helping to deliver high-quality products accurately and efficiently.\u00a0 Other key features include:<\/p>\n
