This major investment in new equipment is gearing us toward meeting current needs and future opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The latest significant investment in PARPRO\u2019s equipment portfolio includes the addition of advanced, high speed surface mount technology (SMT) assembly at PARPRO\u2019s brand new state-of-the-art facility in Mexico. This new SMT line is the first in <a href=\"https:\/\/parpro.com\/parpro-mexico\/\">PARPRO Mexico<\/a>. It will provide the capability to meet the surge in demand, and importantly as part of the PARPRO group, also provide the ability to offer customers the option of onshore, offshore and nearshore manufacturing. With the growing trend of moving manufacturing back to North America, Mexico is seen as a preferred low cost alternative to China, particularly from a logistics and supply chain perspective. Currently being installed, the line will be ready for manufacturing in the 4th quarter of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile in California, PARPRO is investing at its North American Headquarters, <a href=\"https:\/\/parpro.com\/parpro-technologies\/\">PARPRO Technologies, Santa Ana, CA<\/a>.\u00a0 This includes the addition of a Flying Probe Test System.\u00a0 The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.takaya-itochu.com\/products\/apt-1400f\/\">Takaya APT-1400F<\/a>\u00a0is the latest in Flying Probe test technology, with very few manufacturing facilities offering this capability and at this level.\u00a0 Other equipment upgrades includes a laser depanelization system, 3D AOI, and a 3D Solder paste inspection.
