Major Prime Contractor to benefit from doing business with PARPRO\u2019s US and Foreign Affiliate<\/strong><\/p>\n

CARLSBAD, CA, May 9th, 201<\/strong>7 <\/strong>— PARPRO Mexico (PMX)<\/a> and PARPRO Technologies (PTI)<\/a> (both divisions of PARPRO Corporation), announced the approval of a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) to allow technical information exchange for an ITAR regulated program.\u00a0 The agreement allows PARPRO Mexico<\/a> and PARPRO Technologies<\/a> to conduct technical information exchange on behalf of a specific US Military Prime Contractor to support Defense\/Government Services.\u00a0 A Defense Service is defined as the furnishing of assistance in the design, development, engineering, manufacture, production, assembly, testing, repair, maintenance, modification, operation, demilitarization, destruction, processing or use of Defense Articles.<\/p>\n

TAA\u2019s are issued on a project by project, case by case basis. This TAA is intended to authorize PTI to furnish technical data to PMX for the manufacture related to custom cable and harness assembly<\/a>, conformal coatings of PCBA\u2019s<\/a>, mechanical parts including sheet metal fabrication<\/a> and milling, soldering, first article inspection and proof of concept for various US military applications.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis TAA will provide a framework within which PARPRO Mexico and PARPRO Technologies will be able to combine the strengths of both locations.\u201d Says Michael Burdick, President, PARPRO Technologies. \u201cThis association will add significant value to this aerospace and defense customer who will now benefit from PTI and PMX\u2019s shared manufacturing expertise and the cost efficiency of manufacturing in a low cost region.\u201d<\/p>\n
